Does AutoReply really sound human?
Yes — AutoReply uses Claude, Anthropic's AI model, which produces some of the most natural-sounding text available. Replies reference the reviewer by name, acknowledge specific details from their review, and match the tone you configure. Most customers can't tell they're AI-generated.
Can I review replies before they post?
Absolutely. Every reply sits in a pending queue with a countdown timer. You can log in at any time, read the generated reply, edit it, regenerate it, or delete it before it posts. If you do nothing, it posts automatically when the timer expires.
What Google permissions does AutoReply need?
We request the Google Business Profile permission scope, which Google requires to access reviews. We only use this to read your reviews and post replies. We never edit your business information, verify listings, or transfer ownership — those permissions are bundled by Google but we simply don't use them.
Does it work for multiple locations?
Yes — and this is where AutoReply really shines. You can manage all your locations from one dashboard, with separate settings for each location if you want. The Growth plan supports up to 5 locations and the Pro plan supports up to 10. For more, contact us for a custom plan.
What happens after my free trial?
After your 30-day free trial your card is charged for the plan you selected. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged anything. We'll send you a reminder email a few days before your trial expires.
Can I cancel at any time?
